Commonly thought of as a bonsai plant this form of Ficus has become very popular in tall slender planters and particularly in groups of three planters together. They need very good light to survive so place close to a natural light source.
This is the topiary form of Ficus. The head has a much tighter shape than the Ficus Mophead and the single stem will be heavier. This is a generally a very mature plant. The Howea Forsteriana palm (commonly known as a Kentia palm) is the favoured palm for interior landscapers. It is a tough plant and will be happy in most mid to low light conditions. Crotons have fabulously leaves in tones of yellow, orange and red. This is a truly tropical looking houseplant. It needs great light otherwise it will drop its leaves. Mrs Iceton tends to be more yellow in colour than many of the other Codiaeum family

Aloe Vera is a great architectural succulent. It has fleshy upright leaves and sharp spikes. Brilliant for burns - just break off a leaf and smear over burnt skin to prevent blistering. Needs good light and not too much water
Classic Victorian houseplant. Will tolerate low lights and thrives on neglect. Almost impossible to kill! Plants generally don't have many leaves so are grouped together to make a good display. Most of the images will show groupings of plants. Typically a 50cm tall plant will have between 4 and 7 leaves and a 90cm plant will have 9 to 10 leaves.
Beaucarnea ponytail is a single stem plant with a head of fine green leaves. The head starts small but quickly double in size in good light. A contemporary shaped plant that works well as a small plant in a tall planter or a tall plant in a lower planter

Money plant. A classic retro plant back in style again. Can be used as a desk top but more frequently now seen in a tall floor standing planter and often in a group of 3. Needs good light and watch out for Mealy Bug. Water very sparingly in summer and even less in winter.
